Step1:Cut the cauliflower. Boil in hot water for 3 minutes.
Step2:Drain.
Step3:Knead the meat slices with starch and cooking wine for 15 minutes. Stir fry the meat slices in a hot oil pan until the color changes and add the cauliflower.
Step4:Add in the soy sauce and stir fry.
Step5:Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. If you like crispy food, you don't need to simmer it. Stir fry it for a while to make the cauliflower taste better. My child needs to be soft and I will stew it.
Step6:Add salt and sugar to taste and leave the pot.
