The Chinese Valentine's day should have a view. Happy holidays. My three lovers are wonderful.
Step1:Mix low gluten flour, butter and sugar.
Step2:Mix it with your hands to make it feel like a picture.
Step3:Add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.
Step4:Apple cored.
Step5:Slice.
Step6:Melt honey and sugar in a small fire.
Step7:Put in the apple slices and sugar them until the apple is soft. Don't take too long to make the apple discolor.
Step8:When the sugar apple cools, we take out the dough and roll it into a 2mm thick circle. I use two layers of baking paper to make it non stick.
Step9:Roll down the surface baking paper.
Step10:Go and cut flat. Size the apple slices according to the picture.
Step11:Fold the other side up.
Step12:Start rolling from one end to the other.
Step13:Rolled up.
Step14:Put the rolled pie in the mold. I made a peach pear tart with the leftovers. Preheat the oven at 175 ℃ and bake for about 40 minutes. In 30 minutes, watch the apple change to prevent it from burning.
Step15:When the baked pie cools down, demould it and put it into a paper cup and sprinkle it with sugar powder.
