Five people -
Step1:Boil a large pot of water. Boil it for two minutes and pour it into the sieve. Rinse the batter with tap water and drain.
Step2:Shred tenderloin. Marinate with cooking wine, salt and starch for 10 minutes.
Step3:Sliced ginger, sliced scallion and split anise. Break the beans into small pieces. Shred the carrots. Dice the garlic for later use.
Step4:Stir fry the tenderloin in oil under the heat. Let the meat be put into the white pot for use.
Step5:Heat up the oil in the hot pot and stir fry the ginger and pepper.
Step6:Pour in the beans, carrots and stir fry until fragrant.
Step7:Pour in the soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, stir fry well, and then stir in the shredded pork tenderloin.
Step8:Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Step9:Add the alkali water (keep the beans on the bottom of the noodles to prevent the pan from sticking
Step10:Simmer for five minutes on a low heat. Turn the side over. Simmer for five more minutes. Stir fry the minced garlic and chicken essence over high heat to collect the sauce.
