Step1:Mix 100ml water with sugar. Sugar should be completely dissolved.
Step2:250g high powder sieved.
Step3:Add flour to milk powder, add sugar water to scraper and stir.
Step4:Add half the egg mixture and stir.
Step5:Add room temperature softened butter, cream cheese and salt. Continue mixing.
Step6:Add yeast and dough and let stand for 10 minutes.
Step7:Pull the dough into small balls. Roughly roll out each dough. Add some cream cheese. Other cheeses are OK.
Step8:Roll up the dough and seal at both ends to form a dough circle.
Step9:Put baking paper on the baking tray. Put the dough in separate intervals. Ferment at room temperature for one and a half hours.
Step10:Preheat the oven at 175 ℃ for 10 minutes. In the middle of the oven at 175 ℃ for 1215 minutes.
