Cooking Steps

   Step1:Dice the fruit. I use mango, strawberry (cut in two). Pitaya.

   Step2:Turn the milk, eggs, sugar and butter into a container and cool them. Stir them evenly. Then, put 1 tablespoon of flour and Suda powder into the above solution to make a batter.

   Step3:Melt chocolate in water. Mix with sugar. Cool to 50 ℃ and pour into brandy. Make chocolate sauce.

(Note: after pouring the batter, start the pan immediately to avoid the high temperature of the batter from solidifying). About 5 seconds, lift up the batter and cool it for standby.
