Step1:Wash the carp. Cut the flowers. Marinate it in salt for a few minutes. Put the ginger slices on the mouth of the flowers (as shown in the picture). Steam in the pot for 20 minutes. Take it out and pour out the water (I steamed the picture).
Step2:Spread the pepper, coriander and shallot. Pour in a little vinegar. Two spoons are delicious.
Step3:Pour in the frying pan and heat it over the fish.
