Step1:Prepare taro, sugar, water and oil for use.
Step2:Peel the taro and cut it into small rectangles.
Step3:Dip taro in oil. Fry until golden. Remove and set aside.
Step4:Add water and sugar. Cook the sugar over low heat until there are big bubbles.
Step5:Pour in the fried taro. Stir evenly. Keep turning the sand away from the fire
