This cream cheese toast tastes very good. It's full of milk flavor. It's my baby's favorite.
Step1:Prepare the materials.
Step2:Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Put it in the mixing barrel of the bread machine together with milk and eggs.
Step3:Put in materials other than butter. Start the kneading procedure for 15 minutes. Pause after 15 minutes.

Step6:The dough should be twice as long as it is made. Check that if the dough doesn't collapse and the stuffing doesn't fall when the fingers dip in the flour and poke holes, it means that the fermentation is good. Otherwise, it needs to extend the fermentation time.
Step7:Divide the fermented dough into 3 parts. Knead the dough and cover with plastic wrap, and wake up for 15 minutes.
Step8:Roll the dough twice. Roll it into a tube. Do the same for all three dough.
Step9:Place the dough evenly in the mold.
Step10:The oven starts the fermentation process. Put the baking tray in the oven. Put another cup of boiling water into the oven (keep the bread moist). Fermentation process is about 30-60 minutes. Or in the warm and humid place (temperature of 38 degrees. Temperature of 80%) for secondary fermentation; dough sent to the mold of the eight full. Finger light press after a little elasticity can be baked.
Step11:Heat the oven up and down. Preheat it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Put the bread mold in the oven for 30 minutes. Cover the top with tin paper after coloring.
Step12:Take it out of the oven after baking. Raise the toast mold by 20cm and drop it twice. It's easy to demould. Demould the bread immediately after it is put out of the oven. Heat the bread on the air rack. The bread has a high expansion. After taking it out, it's better to put it on the side for a while to avoid concave waist.
