Step1:Wash the dried soybeans and soak them in water overnight.
Step2:Drain the water from the soybeans. Pour the soybeans into blender. Add 3 cups of water. Stir well.
Step3:Filter the raw soymilk and pour it into the pot. Pour the soya dregs into blender again. Add 1 cup of water and stir well and then filter into the pot. Open the pot. Cook over medium heat. Keep stirring. Turn to minimum heat when boiling. Keep stirring.
Step4:After boiling, continue to simmer and stir for about 10 minutes, until the froth disappears. Add some white sugar into the boiling water.
Cooking tips:It's a little more troublesome than using the automatic soymilk machine. But it's a good choice for the students who don't have the soymilk machine for the time being. But remember to boil it fully. Otherwise, it's a small loss for greedy poisoning. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
