Step11:When it's hot, roll up the chicken skin and set it aside for 2 minutes. It's very hot when rolling. You can wear anti scalding gloves or wrap the roll with a kitchen paper towel

Cooking tips:When you roll an omelet, you need to move fast. It's a long time. The omelet will become crispy when it's cold. You can't roll it up and cook delicious dishes.
