It's about three.
Step1:Dried mushroom, dried cauliflower and agaric. Soak in cold water in advance. It's basically a 1-1-1 ratio. Keep the water after foaming.
Step2:Pork cold underwater pot. Add wine, pepper, star anise, scallion, ginger. Cover and cook meat. After boiling, cook over medium and low heat until cooked (it's easy to penetrate with chopsticks). Remove the water and cool it. Keep the broth.
Step3:Cut the scallion, ginger and garlic. Dice the dry goods after hair soaking. Cut the tomato into pieces. Slice the Tricholoma. Let the meat slice cool. Add some salt to the egg. Break it up.
Step4:Scrambled eggs. Sliced powder. Sprinkle half chopped green onion before leaving the pot. Serve.
Step5:Hot oil in the pot. The oil is a little more than usual. Add ginger, garlic and meat. Stir fry until the meat is oily.
Step6:Pour in tomatoes, Tricholoma, three kinds of dry diced goods. Finally, eggs. Stir well.
Step7:Pour in the right amount of broth and water to soak the dried products. Seasoning - salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little sugar. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step8:Turn down half a bowl of water starch and pour it in. After boiling the pot again, sprinkle the remaining half of green onion. Stir well. Turn off the heat. Shuidian powder is basically 3-1.3 spoon water with 1 spoon starch.
Step9:Fry some pepper oil. Pour it on the brine. Don't sift out the pepper.
Step10:Boiled noodles with clear water, fished noodles and poured brine can be eaten. The best way is to roll the face by hand. The fresh noodles I bought are the soft ones. Of course, other noodles are OK.
