I prefer stewed noodles to soup noodles and fried noodles. It's easy to make and tasty. But a stutter. Easy to choke themselves. There are some ways to steam the noodles in advance. I haven't tried them. Maybe it will be better. But my usual practice is to directly throw the noodles into the stew. Because usually the stewed noodles are made to eat by myself. I'm afraid of trouble.
Step1:Cut the pork into thick slices. Stir fry in the oil pan until it changes color. Remove. Add a little oil to the original pot. Stir fry the minced chives and garlic. Pour in the chopped beans and stir fry until the skin is wrinkled. Then pour in the streaky pork, some soy sauce and a spoonful of sugar and stir fry well. Add in the water without meat. Bring to a boil in high heat. Simmer for five minutes in low heat.
Step2:Half of the soup for later use. Spread the noodles evenly into the pot. Pour in the soup. Cover. Simmer until the sauce is collected.
Step3:Season with salt and soy sauce. Mix well.
Step4:Serve. It's better with some hot sauce
