Step1:Wash and cut baby cabbage into four parts; wash and cut green and red peppers into four parts; slice garlic; cut scallion and ginger into four parts; wash and cut mushrooms into small parts; cut preserved egg into small piece
Step2:Blanch the boiled baby cabbage in the pot and drain the water. Wash the hot oil pot and stir fry the minced garlic and ginger. Pour in some water. Add the preserved egg, mushroom and green and red pepper to boil.
Step3:Put the baby cabbage in after boiling. Cover and cook for about five minutes.
