Cooking tips:1. The higher the cocoa content of dark chocolate is, the more bitter it is. The stronger the taste of chocolate is, the mellower the brownie is. Here, 62% faverna dark chocolate is used. 2. Brownie will not be too puffy when baking. There will be a wet feeling inside the cake. This is normal. 3. Marshmallows expand when baked, but shrink when cooled. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
