I am infatuated with the wonton again. It's filled with Chinese yam and pork. The cooked wonton is filled with tender and pink stuffing. Take a bite. The crispness and smoothness of Chinese yam really match the freshness and tenderness of pork.
Step1:Chinese yam is peeled and cut into pieces. It doesn't need to be chopped. It tastes better when chewed.
Step2:Add pork stuffing, onion and ginger.
Step3:Add salt, white wine, five spices, chicken essence and sesame oil. Stir evenly. In the mixing process, add water twice, one spoon at a time to make the filling more smooth and tender.
Step4:Start packing. The way to pack wonton is not the same in every family. You can find the specific way to pack wonton in my previous recipe private little wonton.
Step5:Let's have the wonton. When it's almost cooked, put in the vegetables and cook them together. Add seaweed, salt, white pepper, vinegar and chicken essence into the bowl in advance. Stir in wonton soup. Add wonton and green vegetables. Sprinkle some chives and coriander.
Cooking tips:When peeling yam skin, remember to wear disposable gloves. If you accidentally get the yam mucus, you can use vinegar or white wine to clean it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
