The other day, I talked with my family Fei Bao about making donkey roll to eat for her. Fei Bao looked at me in surprise and asked, the donkey rolls on the ground. We eat??? Ha ha ha. A child is pure and innocent~~
Step1:Slowly pour water into the glutinous rice flour and stir to form a thick trickle state.
Step2:Brush the container with a little oil (I use a plate here).
Step3:Pour the glutinous rice flour paste into the oiled container.
Step4:Steam for 20 minutes.
Step5:When the steamed glutinous rice noodles are slightly cool to not scald your hands, sprinkle proper amount of cooked soybean noodles on the chopping board. Roll out the glutinous rice noodles.
Step6:Spread the red bean paste evenly.
Step7:Roll up from one end.
Step8:Cut it. Enjoy it.
Cooking tips:1. I use cooked soybean noodles. If it's raw soybean noodles, put it in the pan and stir fry slowly until it's light brown. It's ok if it has bean flavor. 2. Cool the steamed glutinous rice noodles until they are not hot. Do not cool them thoroughly. Otherwise, it is not easy to roll them out. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
