This season is a good time to eat grapefruit. Grapefruit is full of treasure. You can't waste such a big grapefruit skin. I have two medium-sized pomelo peels.

Step3:Add 400g of rock sugar in the pot. Add water. Do not exceed rock sugar.
Step4:Pour in the teak peel and bring to a boil. Turn to a small heat and slowly boil to dry the water. When the water is not enough, stir fry constantly.
Step5:Stir fry until the water in the pomelo peel is gone. You can leave the pot to cool and eat.
