A lot of people probably use the oven to bake. Our oven is often used for barbecue, less oil and health; for myself, cooking is also a lot of trouble free. Step1:Duck leg and some material
Step2:Duck legs shall be washed and dried. A layer of salt shall be evenly applied for standby
Step3:Put ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, fennel and dried pepper in a bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and black pepper to mix the sauce
Step4:Make small holes in the duck legs with toothpicks. Then pour in the juice from step 3 and mix well. Refrigerate overnight
Step5:The marinated duck legs are wrapped in tin paper and put on the baking tray
Step6:Preheat the oven 230 degrees up and down. Put the duck legs in the middle and lower layers of the oven and bake for 25 minutes
Step7:Take a part of the marinade, add a spoonful of honey and mix well; take out the duck leg and brush it with honey
Step8:Put the duck legs on the baking net. Select the barbecue function. Set 200 degrees for 20 minutes
Step9:After about 17 minutes of roasting, take out the duck legs and brush them with honey juice
Step10:Then bake for another five minutes.
Step11:It's really a delicious roast duck leg. It's almost finished when you snack
