Step1:Peel off the shell of water bamboo. Wash and cut into inch section
Step2:Heat the wok and put the oil to 8 minutes. Stir fry the water bamboo for 2 minutes
Step3:Add soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste and add some water to boil
Step4:Stew in medium heat until the water bamboo tastes good. The color is red and bright. Sprinkle with green onion. Pour some sesame oil on it.
