Waffle. It should be a genuine foreign product. Its English name is waffle. So it's called waffle in Chinese translation. It's often seen in some Western-style restaurants and coffee shops. It's not cheap. In fact, it's very simple. You can make it quickly at home. It's accompanied with some fruits and honey. You can have another cup of milk or coffee. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Add sugar powder into the egg mixture. Stir evenly with a hand beater.

  2. Step2:Melt the butter in water. Pour into the egg mixture. Stir well.

  3. Step3:Add yoghurt. Stir well.

  4. Step4:Mix glutinous rice flour and baking powder and sift them. Add them into the egg mixture. Stir well until there is no dry powder.

  5. Step5:Brush a thin layer of butter liquid in the mold. Pour the batter into it. Crack it gently for several times. Shake out big bubbles.

  6. Step6:The middle layer of the oven. Heat up and down. 170 ℃. 20 minutes or so.

Cooking tips:1. This component can be made in 2 copies with the mould in this paper. 2. Try to choose a thicker yogurt. I use homemade yogurt. Please refer to my previous recipe for details. 3. It is better to brush a layer of melted butter liquid before using silica gel mold. This is more convenient for demoulding. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
