Cooking tips:1. Vinegar is the key. When choosing vinegar, it is recommended not to buy one containing sodium benzoate . This is a food additive. The simpler the ingredients, the better. 2. If possible, it is recommended to buy fresh slaughtered chicken feet in the market. However, it should be noted that the cooking time of fresh chicken feet is longer.
