Step6:One way is to directly fill the rice with tofu oil. The other way is to knead the rice into an ellipsoidal rice ball of moderate size first, and then put the rice ball into the tofu oil to wrap it up. I prefer the second way. The squeezed rice ball tastes more compact and tastes better.
Cooking tips:1. The rice is hard to steam. It should be poured with sushi vinegar later. So the water content should not be too much. 2. 1 spoon in the material refers to a 15ml measuring spoon. In the material for cooking oil tofu, if there is no juice at home, it's OK to leave it alone. If there is one, it's better to put it a little.
