Japanese cuisine Jinping and Jinping

My hometown Xuzhou is rich in burdock. There are many kinds of burdock sauces. But I didn't like burdock since I was a child. Until I came to Japan to study, I accidentally ate a Japanese cuisine called Jinping . I was surprised that burdock can be so fried and eaten at the same time. I also like this dish. It's sweet and spicy. It's very suitable for wine and dishes or meals at present.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Prepare the materials. My dry red peppers are cut. Just use them directly. If they are spicy, half of them will be enough.

  2. Step2:Wash the burdock. Don't peel it. Cut it into shreds. Put some salt in the hot water. Blanch the cut burdock. Remove the smell of earth.

  3. Step3:Peel and shred carrots. Put them together with blanched burdock shreds. Set aside.

  4. Step4:Put sesame oil in the pot. Don't burn the pot too hot. Put in the dried red peppers. Medium heat is OK. The hot peppers are easy to burn.

  5. Step5:Pour in burdock and carrots. Stir fry until broken.

  6. Step6:First put in sugar. Stir fry for about a minute. Then put in other seasonings.

  7. Step7:Stir fry until the soup is done. Add two spoonfuls of sesame seeds. Stir evenly.

  8. Step8:You can sprinkle some sesame seeds on the surface after you have filled them. They are more beautiful.
