Step5:This braised pork doesn't need soy sauce. Just stir fry the sugar. The oil won't pour into the dry pot. Stir the sugar into the pot and stir continuously until it's melted and bubbling. Pour in some boiling water. Don't too much. When it's boiled, pour it into the bowl for standby.
Step6:Pour a little fat oil into the pot. It doesn't need too much. Just a thin layer. Pour in the prepared ginger, scallion, anise and cinnamon leaves. Stir fry to make the flavor, and then pour in the meat. Stir fry for a while and pour in boiling water (make sure to boil the water). Because the water can't be added in the middle. So add enough water at one time. The water should be less than all the meat. Add some salt. Then slowly cook for about an hour. In the middle You can open the lid of the pot to see if it's not pasted. If there's less water in the middle before, add some boiling water. If there's still soup after the meat is cooked, collect the juice in high heat and then put it out of the pot.
