Step1:Prepare the materials first. Spaghetti can be better mixed with millet and soy sauce by choosing long strips. Soak millet before cooking. Cranberry sauce I choose oceanspray, a whole can of cranberry sauce. The grains are bigger and the sweetness is not high. It won't be too greasy as the main food.
Step2:Boil the water. Add some salt. Then cook the pasta for about 10 minutes. It's not recommended to cook it too soft, because the milk millet sauce should be mixed later. Drain the pasta after cooking. Mix with a little linseed oil (or olive oil) to avoid binding.
Step3:Use another pot. Add milk and soaked millet and cook for about 15 minutes. Stir more in the middle of the pot. Cook until the millet is fully cooked. The milk starts to be sticky. Mix in the cooked spaghetti and mix gently.
Step4:Finally, put the spaghetti in a saucer. Drizzle with cranberry sauce.
