Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Wash Pleurotus ostreatus. Put in hot oil in a cold pan. Stir fry until half cooked. Add some water. Bring to a boil.

2. 

   Step2:Put in the appropriate noodles. Boil them. Add cold water twice respectively. Then boil them.

3. 

   Step3:Break up the eggs. Put them in the pot. Make them into egg flowers.

4. 

   Step4:Put in some salt, chicken essence, dish and sprinkle with scallion. It's done.
