Step1:Wash Pleurotus ostreatus well. Soak it in water for more than ten minutes.
Step2:Take the water in the pot. Put in the mushroom and blanch the water. Wait for the water to boil for another minute.
Step3:Take it out. Rinse it with supercooled water. Drain it for standby (I bought a small mushroom, so it was not torn into strips. If it's a big one, tear it into strips or small ones at this step).
Step4:Cut the shallots, ginger, garlic and dried chilli.
Step5:Wash and cut the cucumber into diamond slices.
Step6:Hot pot hot oil. Stir fry shallots, ginger, garlic and dried chili.
Step7:Stir fry mushrooms for 2 minutes.
Step8:Add soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir well.
Step9:Pour in the cucumber slices. Continue to stir fry for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat. Pour in a little sesame oil. Leave the pot.
