Step1:Bring the ribs to a boil in cold water and bring to a boil. Take it out for standby.
Step2:Heat the oil in the pot. Boil the sugar. When the sugar turns into red syrup, stir fry the spareribs.
Step3:Add scallion, ginger, pepper and cinnamon to the ribs after discoloration. Cook in cooking wine a little (1 teaspoon).
Step4:Stir fry for a while and add in the soy sauce. Drain the water until the ribs are over. Boil over high heat and replace with low heat and cover with stew. Put a little vinegar in about 40 minutes. Try salt again. Put some salt if it's not salty enough. (the picture is not taken well. It was taken before draining.
Step5:Stew for another 20 minutes or so. Cure the thick and bright red soup. It's delicious when it's cold.
