It's a happy and satisfying thing to lie in on weekends. I really don't want to change clothes and go downstairs to eat breakfast after getting up. So a bowl of small wonton with delicious taste becomes one of my husband's favorite breakfast. Just take one afternoon and wrap it. Divide it into several small bags and put it into the freezer. Take it out and cook it when eating. It's very simple. This wonton soup is delicious. You can finish it every time. It's warm in your stomach. It's very happy.
Step1:My wonton skin is bought in the vegetable market. It's good to match according to the proportion of meat. There's no fixed proportion. It's OK to put more meat stuffing. Prepare a small bowl of water before wrapping. Dip your fingers in water and put it on the edge of wonton skin. It's not easy to spread and glue.
Step2:Chop the fresh pork into minced meat. Soak the mushrooms in advance. I prefer dried mushrooms. The flavor is more fragrant. The mushrooms with good bubbles are cut into small dices. The dried shrimps are soaked and chopped. Adding this will make the wonton taste like seafood. It tastes more delicious. Then add in the onion and ginger powder. Put in an egg. Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar (fresh), five flavor powder, sesame oil. Stir in one direction until the filling is even. The pork is ready to be starched. Before the filling is finished, you can dip it in the salty water. Let stand for ten minutes.
Step3:There are many ways to pack wonton. In fact, you just need to pinch it tightly. You can pack all kinds of shapes as you like. My family is a small treasure~
Step4:The bottom of the soup is very important. Shred the laver. Put some dried shrimp skin, onion and coriander. A little salt, soy sauce, white pepper, and a few drops of sesame oil. Scoop a spoon of boiled wonton water and pour it into the bowl. Mix the bottom of the soup well.
Step5:When the water boils, put the wonton. I'll start the pot with water three times. When it's done, pour it into the bottom of the soup.

Cooking tips:Don't put the stuffing too salty. Add a little white pepper to the bottom of the soup to nourish the stomach. But people with hemorrhoids and fire should not add it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
