It's very expensive in the bakery. And there is some flavor in it. What you do at home is butter flavour. (the following formula is the amount of bread torn by two hands)
Step1:First warm the milk and melt the sugar. Add the yeast (add the milk at about 35 ℃. If the temperature is high, it will burn the yeast to death. It won't work). Mix it well, then pour it into the flour bowl. Put in the eggs, and knead it into a smooth dough. Then add 35g butter one by one. Knead it to the dough to release the film. Put it in the warm place to twice.
Step2:Cut the dough into ten parts. Rub the dough and place for another 15 minutes.
Step3:Roll the dough into a circle. Brush it with butter. Layer it on top of each other. The top layer needs no butter. My prescription is in two portions. Five pieces each. Then use a knife to cut 6 pieces from the center of the dough. Cut another hole in each piece. Do not cut the edge.
Step4:Put the cut face through the bottom.
Step5:Then push the sharp corner from top to bottom into the small hole in the middle. Then pull it out.
Step6:Put each piece of dough in the middle, put it into an 8-inch round mold, make it double, and brush with egg liquid.
Step7:Sprinkle some sesame seeds. Put them in the preheated oven at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Step8:Yummy. A healthy hand is out.
