Step1:I didn't take a picture in front of the menu. It's delicious to share. Mutton is boiled in cold water with ginger, garlic leaves, star anise, a little bit of thirteen fragrance. Blanch and scald for a while to remove the smell of mutton. In another pot of boiling water, wash the blanched mutton and put it into the boiling water pot together with pepper, garlic leaves, ginger slices and cooking wine. Boil it over high heat and turn it to low heat for one hour. Turn the soup into milk white and put carrots in it for another half an hour. Add some salt and chicken essence to make it out of the pot.
Step2:Finished product. Sprinkle with coriander. Family members like to drink it without mutton smell.
