Step1:Ingredients - gizzards, green peppers, carrots, ginger, garlic.
Step2:The chicken gizzards must be cleaned. Otherwise, they are unsanitary and stinky. In the picture above, I sprinkle three tablespoons of salt on the chicken gizzard. Then I stir the salt and the chicken gizzard together and repeatedly knead it until the salt melts out the dirt. Then I wash the dirt with water. Step3:Sliced chicken gizzard, carrot, green pepper, ginger and garlic.
Step4:Saute the ginger and garlic in the oil pan and stir fry the gizzard until it changes color and shrinks.
Step5:Add some salt, sugar, soy sauce and rice wine and stir fry. Finally add green pepper and carrot and stir fry until green pepper breaks.
