Step1:Slice pork. Sprinkle a little salt, starch and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Hang Jiao, garlic and ginger are cut and prepared.
Step2:Wash and slice Pleurotus eryngii and blanch for half a minute. Remove and set aside.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the meat slices with medium or small heat. Add a little cooking wine and stir fry until it's well done. Then add garlic, ginger and Hangzhou pepper and stir fry.
