One of my husband's favorite dishes
Step1:Deal with oysters. I used an old toothbrush.
Step2:Open the oysters. I tried all kinds of methods. All kinds of heartache.
Step3:Take out the oyster meat and rinse it. Marinate with cooking wine, ginger and seafood sauce for ten minutes. During the period, cut the garlic and pepper into small pieces. Scald the vermicelli in warm water.

Step7:Put the oysters on the steaming tray. Cover the pot and steam over medium heat for ten minutes. Before leaving the pot, sprinkle the chopped green onion on the oyster and it will be finished.
