Step1:One tuber of pickled mustard. Wash, peel, shred, blanch in boiling water. Remove and set aside.
Step2:Add in the cooked peanuts and soybeans. Mix in salt, chili powder, vinegar, sesame oil, shredded onion and ginger, coriander and monosodium glutamate. Mix well and serve.
