This is Yangjiang snack. But I didn't buy authentic powder skin in Guangzhou. I can only use pig intestines instead. Peanut crispy with salty minced meat. A few of them are not addictive.
Step1:Chop the pork into minced meat; soak the hair in the cloud ear, wash and cut it into pieces; stir fry the peanuts, peel and crush them. Heat up the oil pan. Stir fry the minced meat until it changes color. Add the cloud ear and some salt. Stir evenly.
Step2:Add in the scallion. Stir fry until the minced meat and cloud fungus are done.
Step3:Add in the peanuts. Stir well.
Step4:When the peanuts are stir fried evenly, they can be put on plates. If they are stir fried for too long, the peanuts will not be crisp.
Step5:Spread out the pork intestines.
Step6:Sprinkle meat on one side.
Step7:Roll up the pork intestines again. Wrap the meat.
Step8:After all of them are wrapped, steam them in a pot until the pork intestines are cooked. Start with boiling water. About 3 minutes. It's a dipping sauce mixed with soy sauce and peanut oil. It's very fragrant.
Cooking tips:1. It's not necessary to fry peanuts for too long after they are put into the pot. It's OK to fry them evenly. Otherwise, peanuts will not be crispy. 2. It doesn't take too long to steam the pig intestines. After steaming, the peanuts will not be crispy and the fragrance will be diluted. 3. Dip in the juice and make it according to your preference. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
