The main food can be made in different patterns. Make a flower roll in a different taste. Use lard to smear. The steamed flower roll is very soft.
Step1:Put yeast in warm wate
Step2:Add 500g flour with medium gluten
Step3:Knead into a dough of moderate hardness. Ferment in a warm place
Step4:The dough is like a honeycomb
Step5:Roll into a smooth dough and round it
Step6:Roll it out to form a large piece. The thickness is about 0.5cm
Step7:Sprinkle a little salt on the dough
Step8:Put lard on the dough with a trowel; don't overdo it. It will come out when you steam too much

Step10:Roll up to a width of approximately the length of the index finger

Step12:Cut into 12 segments

Step14:Use chopsticks to press hard in the middle. OK
Step15:Put the cornhusk under the roll and put it into the steamer to wake up. About 1015 minutes
Step16:It's the end of waking up. Put it on a small heat. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes after boiling.
Cooking tips:A catty of flour makes six rolls. A 26cm steamer is just one pot. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
