I have dried shrimps at home. They are specially made for drying porridge for the boy. But the boy doesn't like salty porridge very much. So I just use shrimps for other purposes. So I have this steamed egg with shrimps tonight.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Soak dried shrimps in hot water for two hours in advanc

  2. Step2:Mince the soft shrimp
