Lettuce is crispy, tender and refreshing. It's a little sweet. It's stir fried. It's scalded. It's delicious in soup.
Step1:Wash lettuce and drain.
Step2:Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Stir in a little salt and cooking oil. Then add lettuce and scald.
