Give the table a simple freshness
Step1:Add a small amount of water, cooking wine, salt and 2 pieces of ginger into the pot. Bring to a boil and pour in the washed prawn. Press garlic into volume. Pour in some cooking wine, salt and oil. Mix well.
Step2:Go to the head and shell the shrimp. Leave the section closest to the tail. Use a knife to cut open the ribs.
Step3:Spread the garlic evenly on the shrimp. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
Step4:Put water in the pot and boil. Put the whole shrimp on the steaming rack and steam for about six minutes.
Cooking tips:Take out the tendon by the way when the shrimp opens its back. Garlic is best extruded with a press. Cutting may not taste enough. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
