Step1:Cut the pork into thin slices.
Step2:Sliced scallion.
Step3:Cut off the stem of sauerkraut. Peel off the leaves one by one by hand. Clean them with water.
Step4:Cut the pickles into thin slices as much as possible.
Step5:The shredded pickles are cleaned again.
Step6:Dry the water with your hands.
Step7:Put the right amount of vegetable oil in the pot. Stir fry the scallion and star anise.
Step8:Add in sliced pork and a proper amount of raw soy sauce and stir fry until the pork changes color.
Step9:Add in the pickled vegetable balls with the water to be dried and poke them apart. Then pour in the water that can hardly pass all the ingredients. After boiling in high heat, turn to medium and low heat to cover and stew.
Step10:After stewing for about 20 minutes, stir up the ingredients in the pot and add some salt to taste. Continue to cover and stew for 1520 minutes.
