Step1:The apples are sliced with a fine eraser.
Step2:Mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the dry powder.
Step3:Use your hands to make cornmeal.
Step4:Add milk and shredded apple. Mix well.
Step5:Then sprinkle some flour on the chopping board and hands. Gently knead it into a dough that is not very sticky. Just knead it a few times. Don't over knead it. Press the dough into a round cake with a diameter of about 15cm.
Step6:Transfer the pancake to the oiled paper. Cut it into eight equal parts with a faster knife.
Step7:Put eight pieces of dough evenly on the baking plate. Keep a certain distance between them. Then brush the surface with a thin layer of whole egg liquid.
Step8:Bake in a 220 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
