A simple, nutritious and delicious breakfast
Step1:Prepare the main ingredients.

Step5:Mix well and sprinkle with the dried fruits I like. I used walnuts, blackcurrants, cranberries, blueberries and pine nuts. (the dried fruits are arranged according to personal preference.). Sprinkle another layer of coconut on the surface.
Step6:Bake in the oven. Bake at 180 ℃ for 2025 minutes. You can smell the fragrance in 20 minutes.

Cooking tips:Because I use a lot of black currants, this one is sweet. If the dried fruit you use is salty, you can also add some salt or cinnamon powder to taste it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
