Step1:Melt the sugar in warm water and stir in the glutinous rice flour until smoot
Step2:Knead it into a small ball. Put it into the sesame plate. Wrap the sesame evenly. Knead it again. Insert the sesame into the glutinous rice ball
Step3:Pour more oil into a small pot. Heat it over medium heat to 50% heat. Put in sesame balls. Fry slowly. Wait for the ball to float slightly. Press each sesame ball gently with a small spoon. After pressing each time, the ball will expand more and more. In the process of pressing the slow fry, turn over the sesame balls and heat them evenly
Step4:The sesame ball will expand at least twice as much as the original ball. The larger the expansion is, the larger the hollow inside the ball is, and the crisper it is. When the sesame ball is expanded to a proper size, adjust the fire to a medium high fire, and fry the surface of the sesame ball to a golden yellow color, then it will be out of the pot.
Cooking tips:When frying the second pot, the oil must be cooled to 50% heat before it is put in. Otherwise, sesame balls are not easy to expand and delicious.
