Step1:Pour boiling water into flour. Stir with chopsticks to make flour flocs. Leave to dry at room temperature until not hot.
Step2:Knead the dough after standing. Cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Then knead thoroughly.

Put it into a steamer. Steam for about 10 minutes after steaming. Simmer for 5 minutes after steaming. Then uncover each cake while it's hot.
Step7:Then bake the spring cake. It's also about 40g of small dosage. When it's round, flatten it gently with your hand. Brush the surface with oil.
Step8:Two buckles together.
Step9:Roll as thin as possible with a rolling pin.
Step10:Don't put any oil in the pan. Fry the pancakes in a small heat. Turn them over when there are big bubbles on the surface. On the other side, the pancakes can be put out of the pan. Also, separate the upper and lower pancakes while they are hot.
