Step2:The method of sushi vinegar - salt, sugar and white vinegar in the proportion of 1:5:10, and evenly put them into the pot to heat and cool before use. Do not make it boil when heating, so as not to reduce the sour taste of vinegar.
Step3:Sushi rice - sushi vinegar = 5-1. Stir well with a wooden spoon while hot.
Step4:As shown in the picture, dip your hands slightly in water. Hold the rice into a small ball, put horseradish on it, and then spread the raw fish on it. Then wrap it with a larger plastic wrap and tighten it. Then quickly swing the top part of the plastic wrap around and shake the sushi -- so that the sushi will be naturally round. No need to pinch it.
