Step1:Wash pork tenderloin and cut into 1.5cm cubes. Blanch. Wash.
Step2:Add water to the pot. Pour the meat into the pot. Put in the anise, onion, ginger, cinnamon and meat until it is cooked (about 1 hour). Turn off the heat.
Step3:Take out the meat. Drain the water. Pick out the star anise, cinnamon and ginger slices. Keep cool for later use.
Step4:Put the meat in a large fresh-keeping bag.
Step5:Seal the mouth of the bag. Beat it with a rolling pin.
Step6:Beat it to the state as shown in the figure. Beat the meat into shreds.
Step7:Start the pot. Turn on the heat. Pour in the shredded meat in the fresh-keeping bag. Put in the raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir continuously with a shovel.
Step8:It takes a lot of patience. It's about one and a half hours. The more stir fried, the crisper.
Step9:Stir fry for about 1.52 hours. Take it out and let it cool. Just put it in a closed container.
