Step6:Put the batter into the 8-inch square mold. It can also be replaced by a common soup bowl. (a little cooking oil can be applied on the inner wall of the mold for easy demoulding.
Step7:First boil the water in the steamer, then put the cake mold into the steamer. Steam for 25 minutes. Don't worry about uncovering the lid after steaming. Simmer for 5 minutes before uncovering the lid.
Step8:After 5 minutes, take it out of the pot, demould it, and cut it into 4 parts with a round mousse ring

Cooking tips:When steaming the coalball cake, it's better to cover the mould with a layer of preservative film to prevent the water vapor from dripping. If the cake is cold, it can be steamed again. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
