Sprout is very famous in Sichuan. I accidentally received the authentic sprout brought back from Sichuan. I thought of a shredded rice chicken with sprout . I couldn't help tickling my hands.

Step9:With rice, it's a very attractive rice with bean sprouts and shredded rice .
Cooking tips:1. The amount of Chaotianjiao and Jianjiao can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. 2. The amount of seasoning can't be calibrated one by one. 3. The salt should be added twice. So the individual can adjust the saltiness well. There are skills to not add too much salt to make dishes delicious.
