The healthy recipe says that eating radish in spring is good for your health. I just had this soup when I was at work. It's unforgettable so far.
Step1:Stir fry shrimps with starch sauce. Put oil in the pot. Then add a bowl of water. Add the shredded radish to the boiling water (in a soup bowl when the silk is swollen). Cook for half an hour on a low heat until the shredded radish is transparent. The soup turns milky white. Add some salt and coriander. Delicious radish soup is ready. There is no smell of radish.
Step2:Shrimp can be replaced with anything you like. I have used scallops and pork. They are very delicious. The soup is white with more radish shreds. Please give me a compliment if you like.
